Step-by-step guides for the things people most often need to do with ScreenSharePRO.

How to Remotely Access a Windows PC

Install ScreenSharePRO on the PC you want to reach, share its ID and password, and connect from another Windows PC or straight from a browser.

Copy files on one computer and paste them on the other. They travel over the session's encrypted connection, with progress shown as they move.

Switch between a remote PC's displays mid-session, choose how the picture fits your window, and keep the mouse on the screen you are viewing.

Reach a PC when nobody is there to accept the connection: opt the machine in, set an unattended password, and connect whenever you need to.

Why a session feels slow or drops, and what to change: the network path, the picture quality, the window size, and how to send logs to support.
