Pricing questions, answered
Is ScreenSharePRO really free right now?
Yes. During early access, every feature is available at no cost. There is no trial timer, no credit card and no hidden limit — just download and go. Paid plans will only be introduced once we launch publicly.
What happens to my account when paid plans launch?
Nothing changes for your existing devices and sessions. When paid plans are introduced, free users will move to the Free plan automatically, and you can choose to upgrade at any time. We'll give plenty of notice before any change.
Will I keep the features I'm using today?
We'll honour the features you rely on during early access. Our goal is a smooth transition, not a bait-and-switch — existing setups keep working, and you decide whether and when to upgrade.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is planned to be per user, billed monthly or yearly, covering the Windows app and the browser web viewer with no per-device surcharges. Enterprise will offer custom pricing and volume discounts. None of this applies today — the product is free during early access.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
When paid plans launch, yearly billing is planned to save roughly two months compared to monthly billing, with additional discounts for education and non-profit organisations.
Can I try the product before paying?
There's nothing to pay for right now — every feature is free during early access. We'll share trial and plan details before any paid launch.
Do you offer volume or education discounts?
Absolutely. We offer volume discounts for teams above 25 users, and special pricing for education, non-profits and government. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
After launch we'll accept all major credit and debit cards, plus invoicing and bank transfer for annual Business and Enterprise plans. Taxes are calculated based on your billing region.
