End User License Agreement

The terms governing your use of the ScreenSharePRO software and services.

Effective date: January 2027

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and FNCONLINE LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at #2235, Sector 89, Mohali, Punjab – 140308, India (“FNCONLINE LLP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the ScreenSharePRO software, the associated Windows service and session agent, and the online services that support them (together, the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, clicking “Accept”, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement (and, where applicable, payment of the applicable fees), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your internal business or personal purposes, within the plan limits applicable to you. ScreenSharePRO is provided under the plan you select — a free plan and/or a paid subscription — as described on our website or your order. Paid plans, and any limits such as the number of users, devices, or concurrent sessions, apply for the subscription period you purchase; a free plan, where offered, is provided for the features designated as free and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit others to: copy or modify the Software except as permitted; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where that restriction is prohibited by law; rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or provide it as a service bureau; remove proprietary notices or circumvent license, security, or usage-limit controls; use it to build a competing product; or use it other than in accordance with this Agreement, the documentation, and applicable law.

3. Acceptable use and lawful remote access

ScreenSharePRO is a remote-access and remote-control tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and informed authorization to access, view, or control any device you connect to. You must not use the Software to: access or control any device or data without the owner’s authorization and, where required, the user’s consent; engage in unauthorized access, surveillance, or interception; distribute malware or facilitate scams, “tech-support” fraud, phishing, or social engineering; infringe others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights; or violate any law, including data-protection, computer-misuse, and export-control laws. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe this Section has been breached.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.

5. Third-party and open-source components

The Software includes third-party and open-source components licensed under their own terms, listed on our Licenses page and in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file distributed with the Software; those terms govern the relevant component. Video encoding uses royalty-free codecs (e.g., VP8/libvpx); optional components (e.g., an LGPL build of FFmpeg) are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Fees, subscriptions, and taxes

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay the fees for your selected plan at the prices and billing frequency shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may change fees with reasonable prior notice, effective from your next renewal. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.

7. Updates

The Software may automatically check for, download, and install updates to maintain security and functionality. You consent to receiving such updates. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

8. Privacy and personal data

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. Screen content, input, and clipboard data are transmitted directly between host and viewer using end-to-end encrypted WebRTC and are not stored by us; where a direct connection is not possible, media is relayed in encrypted form through a TURN relay provider. The Software creates session audit records and diagnostic logs to operate and support the service. You are responsible for informing, and obtaining any required consent from, the people using devices you connect to.

9. Confidentiality of credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, session codes, and unattended-access passwords confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You may have additional statutory rights that this Agreement does not affect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Software will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Term and termination

This Agreement applies from first use until terminated, and terminates automatically on breach. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unlawful use (Section 3), or where required by law. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections that by nature survive (including 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, and 14) survive termination.

13. Export compliance

You must comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws and must not use or export the Software in violation of them.

14. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Mohali, Punjab, India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes; general

We may update this Agreement; the current version is posted here with its effective date, and material changes will be notified by reasonable means. This is the entire agreement on its subject; if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect; you may not assign it without our consent.
